Lineart

You must have a website to purchase any Lineart pack, exceptions can be made - just ask me! No graphic groups or graphic swapping, no exceptions … sorry! Do not claim my outlines as your own. Do not alter my outlines in any way, no recoloring, erasing pixels and such! In case you need other poses or such stuff please feel free to ask me about it, I will be glad to help you. You may not offer for free neither sell my lineart at your site or other places like ebay, no exceptions … sorry! In case you've purchased an AS IS-Licenses you may offer my lineart packs inside your protected member area. Do not pass my outlines through any groups, do not share them with friends, do not pass them through any other groups or forum. You may use my outlines for creating sigtags, IM-letters, premades, adoptions, websets, WP-themes or premades for free or for profit, but they must be colored and filled with colors before. Tubing is definitely not allowed until you’ve purchased a tubing license, so if you plan to create tubes with my outlines and offer them inside your member area or at your shop feel free to order the license. In case you've purchased a lineart pack you must set up the certificate that will come with the collection linked back to my site on the same page as your created graphics. If you've purchased a tube licence a credits page is okay for me but a link to LPP must be placed on the same site either. I will pop in to your site often to be sure my rules are being followed. If they aren’t I will ask you to remove my graphics from your site and no refund will be given.

Sigtags

You must not have a website to order a sigtag inside the member area or here a monthly sigtag. You may order sigtags for your friends/sisters/buddies but they must be informed about my TOU and respect them too. You may use the sigtags as forum signature, in emails or at your website. Remember to link back at ANY time to http://littlepixelpaws.de. Do NOT alter my graphics in any way. NO resizing, tubing, adding things, recoloring. Do NOT create other things with the graphic (IM-Letter, Websets etc.). Do NOT share the sigtag with others like sharing groups, forum etc.

Tubes

You must have a website to purchase any tube pack, exceptions can be made - just ask me! Do not claim my tubes as your own. Do not pass them through any tube groups, do not share them with friends, do not pass them through any other groups or forum. You may use my tubes for creating sigtags, premades, adoptions, websets, wp-themes, IM-Letters etc for free or for profit but please add something to my tube like grass, flowers or another tube. Just adding name is not allowed. Please make it unique and a special You-graphic! In case you create a webset, WP-Theme or IM-Letter please give proper credit to my site. Creating outlines from my tubes is not allowed as well. If you need a special color (p.e. hair or clothes) please feel free to contact me, I love to see you satisfied. I do not allow sharing my tubes within any MSN-group or snagging group! In case you've purchased a LPP-Tube pack please set up the certificate that will come with the collection linked back to my site on the same page as your finished graphic - at any time - no exceptions! Altering graphics is a big NO-NO! Do not resize, recolor, cut and paste my graphics in any way. This means in case you purchase a special doll tube pack you may mix and match the items within the collection (clothes, hair …) but you can not modify or re-colorize my graphics, sorry. Anyway, if you wish to personalize them with your own coloring, clothes and hair I suggest you get the fitting lineart packs and a tube licence which I offer for my original lineart packs. And if you can’t find what you’re searching for, please feel free to contact me … I’m open for any suggestion. Sometimes I offer tube packs AS IS. In case you've purchased one of them you may put my created tube pack inside your protected member area. I will pop in to your site often to be sure my rules are being followed. Wordpress Templates

Every template has links in the footer and in the css-file there for a reason. They are to stay there the entire time you use my template. The included header graphic/footer graphic coming with the WP-Template are attached just for sample view. You may edit the WP-Template for adding your own graphics and you are allowed to change the css-style-file to your needs (font colors, frame width etc.). Of course you may edit the left and right sightbar (menu.php and sidebar.php) to your needs. Please don't copy my ideas - be original ... thank you! ;o)

WP-Templates are for personal use only, you may use them for your non-commercial or commercial site, valid for one domain but you may not share it with someone else.

In case you would like to sell your WP-Theme (made with my template) at your shop or site you can purchase a Commercial License. I offer 2 different licenses:

• Special WP Commercial License - this license covers only the WP-Template you've purchased, it's a one time license and valid for one domain.
• Lifetime WP Commercial License - this license is a lifetime license and covers all present and future WP-Templates found here at my shop.

Wordpress Themes

Every theme has links in the footer there for a reason. They are to stay there the entire time you use the theme. The blank header graphics may be altered with your site name. Graphics coming with the WP-Theme may not be sold, altered or edited in any way, they may not be recolered or changed. Of course you may use the blank graphics to suit them to your needs. Blank buttons of course may be used to add names etc. In case the template - which comes with several themes - is made by me it may not be used for any other theme than for your personalized theme. In case you would like to have the same template with other graphics please purchase a personalized WP-Theme-Graphic-Pack - thank you! Same counts for themes made with templates from other designers. You may not edit the WP-Theme/Template and add your own graphics but you are allowed to change the css-style-file/scripts minimal to your needs (font colors or frame width etc.).
