May I purchase your lineart or tube packs and sell them to others?

Definetely NO!!! In case you purchase an AsIs or AsIs Tube Profit License please read the License info to become to know what you may do with my graphics. And please above all read my TOU before purchasing at my shop - thank you!

Will you give a refund?

Definetely I will NOT! So please don't mail me after purchasing any goodies and completed payment that you would like to get your payment back. Usually you're able to download the purchased products so you got your goodies right after completed payment. And in case you've purchased a non-direct-download product (p.e. websets, WP-Themes, sigtags or Theme Weeks) you will get the goodies send right to your mail box. So please remember, all orders are legally binding at my LPP Lil Shop.

I hope you will be with me, I'm a really kind and friendly person who always tries to give a helping hand whenever needed but of course there are reasons to run my shop. I'm a MAH and creating pixel graphics is my absolutely passion so at first priority I earn the money to put more goodies inside my member area to have happy members but sure there's my real life out there too. :)

When and how will I get my purchased graphics?

It's pretty easy ... lineart sets, tube packs, premades and Wordpress Templates are for direct download available after your payment is completed. Just check your account  to get your downloads or use the links within the purchase email you get after purchase. All other products including licenses have to be personalized so please give me some time to fill your order - latest within 72 hours I will get back to you. If you don't hear back from me within this time please contact me.

What should I do when I don't receive a purchase mail with download links?

That's no problem, just contact me and I will send you the purchased item directly to your mailbox. And remember it's necessary to register an account before checking out.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I will - please take a peek at my Custom work page.

Do you offer any LPP member discount?

Yes, I do! If you're an active member at Little Pixel Paws I will give you a 10% discount on my products (except websets, WP-Themes, Licenses, sigtags and custom orders). To get the needed Coupon Code please visit the member site at "Lil Shop Discount". To use the coupon please apply it before you click the "Make Purchase" button and mention your member name.

Any other specials?

From time to time I will run special sales and I will announce them here and in Ad-Groups. In case you would like to be notified about the Specials please subscribe to my newsletter.

May I share my login info?

No, you may not please! If a friend would like to purchase any graphic from my shop please let him know that it's pretty easy to create a personal account - thank you!

I've lost my login info ... how do I get it again?

That's no problem, contact me and I will reset your info.

I've purchased some days ago at your shop but never got any licenses, what shall I do?

Sometimes it could happen that the purchase report doesn't come right the way, so please contact me or leave me a tag so I can know that you're waiting. This counts also for licenses you wait for. Until you get them please feel free to put just a link to my site, so others will know from where you got your tube packs or lineart sets.

The other reason can be, that I don't accept your order for important reason. In that case I will inform you and will give you a refund.
